Rachel C. Steiner is a Senior Attorney at Chicago Law Partners, LLC. Rachel practices not-for-profit law and litigation.
Rachel has a wide range of experience in litigation and employment matters, including counseling. She has represented not-for-profit and for-profit businesses, governmental entities, and individual clients. Rachel also has litigated cases in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels, and has practiced before a number of administrative tribunals.
Rachel served as a law clerk to the Honorable Elaine E. Bucklo of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She also served in the public sector as an attorney for the Social Security Administration Office of the General Counsel. Rachel currently is a member of the Hearing Board of the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission.
Rachel received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 1999 and graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2004.
Rachel was admitted to the Illinois and Wisconsin bars in 2004.
